Printing on HSOFFICE01b (Emili Thompson) to the T630 printer via HP Click began resulting in her computer network connection failing. When the print job was sent in HP Click her computer would completely disconnect from the network. It took a reboot or unplugging/re-plugging of the network cable to bring it back online.
HP stated that this is a known issue,m and here is how you fix it:
Go Device Manager
> Ethernet Adapter > Select NIC card and right click on it and select
properties > select Advanced Tabs
Go to:
Transmit Buffer - Change value to 2048
Receive Buffers - Change to 2048
Tested printing with HPCLick and able to
print with no issue.
