Hi Ed,
Please delete the prefs.txt file in these locations:
Windows:
C:/Program Files/Common Files/DVcreators/libReg
MAC:
User's Library/Application Support/DVcreators/libReg
After deleting the prefs.txt file just enter your email address and try to log in again.
